I had the pleasure of once again visiting this bank in person today. Due to their user friendly website and comprehensive online services I rarely need to visit in person. Today, I needed to convert change into bills and I cannot do that online. If anyone knows how to do that, please clue me in. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the bank’s services are all encompassing. I asked the staff member if she could pass a message on to their online department. She thought I wanted to voice a complaint. Nothing could have been further from the truth as I find no complaint with this bank.
